Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Realtor Assistant, a product of NextHelp. By creating an account or using Realtor Assistant, you agree to these terms.

Not a substitute for professional advice

Realtor Assistant helps you organize, search, and summarize real estate information, including with the help of AI. It does not replace legal, financial, real-estate, home-inspection, appraisal, or other professional advice. You are responsible for independently reviewing any AI-generated or AI-extracted information before relying on it or sharing it with a client, and for verifying facts (such as price, status, or property details) against the original source or a qualified professional before making any decision.

Your account and workspace

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for activity that happens under your account. Each workspace is intended for use by the people you invite to it.

Acceptable use

Use Realtor Assistant only for lawful purposes related to managing real estate information. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another workspace's data without authorization, or use the service to store or transmit content you don't have the right to use.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and limits are shown in the product. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your workspace settings; cancellation stops future billing, and access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at the time of cancellation.

Service availability

We work to keep Realtor Assistant available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and scheduled or unscheduled downtime may occur.

Intellectual property

Realtor Assistant and its underlying software are owned by NextHelp. You retain ownership of the property data, notes, and media you upload; you grant us the limited right to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextHelp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Realtor Assistant, including decisions made in reliance on AI-generated or AI-extracted information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Realtor Assistant after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above.
